1. Check-In:

Check-in is at 4:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon.  We are flexible and are happy to accommodate you with your needs as we can.  Please let us know if you need other times.  All units are on pad locks and once we receive payment you will get an access code to your unit.  If your in the Tiny Home, you will get two, one for the unit and one for the main house. 
It is strongly advised to have a mobile phone to contact me to give reasonable notice on the day. In my absence, alternative arrangements are sometimes made which allows guests to enter of their own accord. It is practical and convenient for both concerned but not regularly encouraged. 

IF A  ROOM IS TO BE OCCUPIED ON THE SAME DAY BY NEW GUESTS   THEN WE HAVE TO ASK YOU TO VACATE BY 10.30. WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE ON THIS BUT PLEASE ASK JUST IN CASE. 

In our facilities, you are on your own with regard to breakfast.  The units have space to referigerate your food.  Please be coutourious of guest while using the kitchen and bath facilities

THERE IS NO WASHING OR DRYING FACILITY AS MACHINES ARE FOR BUSINESS USE.  

No Smoking on the premisis, (this includes the grounds) and inside of any of the units of any substance regardless of the device used!  THIS IS A STRONG WARNING!

No illegal substances are permitted on the premises at anytime.

IT IS EXPECTED THAT GUESTS WILL COME AND GO BEFITTING THE PURPOSE OF THEIR STAY - DOOR KEYS ARE PROVIDED. SECURE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES.

PLEASE DO NOT HOST VISITORS AFTER 11:00PM AND REFRAIN FROM EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT BETWEEN ROOMS AND AROUND PREMISES AFTER 11.00 PM. 

Children must be accommodated by an adult at all times.

Use of the premises are for the number of guest that were requested with your reservation no exceptions

PLEASE BE MINDFUL NOT TO USE INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AND MAKE  UNDUE  NOISE, ESPECIALLY DURING SLEEPING HOURS E.G. SHOWERING PAST 11.00 PM. OR BEFORE 0630 IN THE WEEK [0730 AT WEEKENDS].

DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL EXCESSIVELY (THE BUSINESS IS NOT LICENSED TO SELL ALCOHOL).

 DRESS APPROPRIATELY AROUND OTHER GUESTS.

We share our list of contacts with no one! You can be rest assured that your information remains with us! Also the method of billing puts the power of securing your accomidations with you. No one will ever ask you for your credit card or for some other method of payment ever!
